Amla Raita Recipe

1. First of all wash the gooseberry thoroughly. Now cut them into small pieces and remove the seeds.

2. Put curd in a vessel and beat it well, so that the curd becomes very smooth and creamy.

3. Now add roasted cumin powder, black salt and rock salt to the curd and mix well.

4. Add chopped gooseberries to curd and mix gently.

5. Add green chillies, chopped coriander and a little dry coconut on top.

6. Keep the raita in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes and serve it chilled.
