Apollo Techno Industries IPO is a book-building issue of ₹47.96 crore, in which a total of 0.37 crore new shares will be issued. This IPO will open for subscription on December 23, 2025 and will close on December 26, 2025.
The allotment of shares is likely to be finalized on December 29, 2025. The company’s shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform, the probable listing date of which has been fixed as December 31, 2025.
The price band of this IPO has been kept at ₹123 to ₹130 per share. This issue is being brought to support the company’s expansion and future growth plans.
