Recipe to make Potato Paratha without kneading flour

  • Let us tell you that to make this you will not even need to knead the dough. In the first step you have to boil the potatoes and then rub the boiled potatoes well. After grating the potatoes, add all the spices of your choice and mix them well.
  • Take a vessel. After adding some flour, semolina and salt, add water and mix it with the help of a spoon or anything else. This should be the same kind of batter as used while making Dosa. When it is ready, add the prepared potatoes into it and then make a batter by adding a little water. The batter should neither be made too thin nor too thick.
  • After doing this step, leave the batter for 10 minutes. By doing this, the semolina present in it will swell slightly due to the water, due to which it will be more tasty after making.
  • If you want, you can also make garlic and red chilli chutney or coriander leaves chutney with it. In garlic and red chilli chutney, you have to first peel four or five garlic cloves and then lightly cook the red chillies in oil and sprinkle them over the garlic. After this, grind both of them well and make chutney.
  • After 10 minutes, when the batter has risen well, prepare it on the pan in the same way as dosa is prepared. In this way, delicious potato paratha will be prepared without much effort.
