India has defeated Sri Lanka by 15 runs in the fifth T20 match. With this, Team India has won the five-match T20 series 5-0. After that, Hasini Perera and Imisha Dulani must have increased the heartbeats of the Indian bowlers, because Perera and Dulani made a partnership of 79 runs for the second wicket. The Indian team has now become one of the teams that have registered the most wins against a single team in the history of women’s T20 cricket. This was India’s 25th T20 win over Sri Lanka. Australia holds the record for winning the most T20 matches against a single team, having defeated New Zealand 33 times. Australia has also defeated India 26 times.
