A big news has come out for the youth who have studied engineering in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the official notification of State Engineering Services Examination 2025. Along with this, the application dates have also been announced. This opportunity is no less than a golden opportunity for the candidates who have been waiting for this examination for a long time. Candidates who are dreaming of working as engineers in government departments can now finalize their preparations.
According to the information released by MPPSC, online applications for State Engineering Services Examination 2025 will start from January 20, 2026. Interested candidates will be able to apply by visiting the official website of the Commission, mppsc.mp.gov.in or mponline.gov.in. The last date to apply has been fixed as 19 February 2026. The Commission has made it clear that no application will be accepted after the stipulated time limit.
Who can apply?
To participate in this recruitment process, the candidate must have a degree in engineering from a recognized institute. This degree can be in civil, mechanical, electrical or other related branches. Apart from this, clear rules have also been set regarding age.
The minimum age of the candidate applying should be 21 years, while the maximum age limit has been kept at 40 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1 January 2026. According to government rules, age relaxation will also be given to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Disabled and other reserved categories. How much application fee will have to be paid?
Talking about the application fee, the fee for general category and candidates outside Madhya Pradesh has been fixed at Rs 500. Whereas SC, ST, OBC, Divyangjan and EWS category candidates native of Madhya Pradesh will have to pay a fee of Rs 250. The Commission has also clarified that if a candidate applies with late fee after the last date, he will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 3000. Therefore, candidates are being advised to apply on time.
How to apply?
- First of all candidates go to the official website of MPPSC mppsc.mp.gov.in or mponline.gov.in.
- Click on the notification related to “State Engineering Service Exam 2025” or “Apply Online” link on the homepage.
- If you are applying for the first time, first create your new profile. For this, name, mobile number, email ID and other important information will have to be entered.
- After login, the application form will open, fill personal information, educational qualification and other important details carefully.
- After this, upload passport size photo, signature and necessary documents in the prescribed format.
- Now pay the application fee through online mode as per your category.
- Check all the information carefully once again and then submit the form.
- It is also important to keep the printout or PDF of the form safe.
