Story of Monica from Rajasthan, became IAS at the age of 22, made her name famous with hard work and dedication.

Monica Yadav of Rajasthan has proved that if work is done with honesty and hard work, age never becomes a hindrance. At the young age of only 22, Monica made herself and her family proud by passing the UPSC exam. Monica was born and brought up in Lisadiya village of Sikar district of Rajasthan. The support of his family and his hard work were his biggest strengths in this journey.

Monica’s father Harphool Singh Yadav is an RAS officer. Her father’s association with the civil service sector created interest in the same direction in Monica as well. He had set goals regarding studies and career from a very young age. Due to this goal and dedication, Monica passed the UPSC exam in the first attempt at the age of just 22 and secured 403rd rank. Monica’s name is included among the select students who have achieved this achievement at a young age.

Apart from this, Monica also got 93rd rank in Rajasthan Civil Services Examination. His enthusiasm towards studies was so much that he passed even difficult examinations like NET, JRF and CA. With her hard work and talent, Monica showed that if hard work is true and continuous then no exam remains difficult.

Monica’s ability can be gauged from the fact that she received the award for best performance during her 78-week training at the Indian Railway Management Institute in Lucknow. During this time, Monica not only brought glory to her district but also proved that the country can be brought to glory on the basis of hard work and dedication among the youth.

Although Monica is now an IAS officer, her roots are in her own soil. She is also active on social media and has become a source of inspiration for the youth. The full support of Monica’s parents was always with her in her journey. His father Harphool Singh Yadav is a senior RAS officer and mother Sunita Yadav is a housewife. Monica is the eldest among three siblings and has become a cause of pride for the family.

Married to IAS

Monica is married to IAS Sushil Yadav. The common goal and passion of both of them towards social service makes their pair even stronger. Monica has been good in studies since childhood and her performance was always excellent even during her school days.
