Mahindra Group CEO Anish Shah New Year Message: On the occasion of New Year, Mahindra Group CEO and Managing Director Anish Shah, while addressing the employees, called for moving forward with confidence, cooperation, agility and courage for 2026. In his New Year message, he said that Mahindra Group is looking towards 2026 with full confidence and is committed to achieving big goals together as a team.

Shah appealed to the employees to think bigger, execute better and enjoy the entire journey, stressing that the group must remain connected to its values as it grows. Citing the example of the banyan tree given by Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group, he said that just as the banyan tree nourishes, touches lives and creates value, Mahindra Group too has consistently reached great heights over time.
He said that while growing like a banyan, it is important to keep the roots i.e. values strong and at the same time new businesses have to be developed in the form of new branches. Comparing the structure of the group to a banyan tree, Shah said that every stem is a big business and from every root a new business emerges with time, which later becomes a strong pillar.

Looking ahead to the year 2025, he said that last year the Group faced unprecedented uncertainties, but due to the commitment and wisdom of its employees, Mahindra Group successfully overcame these challenges and continued to move forward strongly on the path of growth.
