Trump revealed that America was fully prepared for second military action. He said, ‘We were prepared for a second attack, everything was decided, but at the moment we feel that there will be no need for it.’ However, he also made it clear that if the situation does not improve then a second attack will remain an option.

Helicopter damaged in operation
Trump said that an American helicopter was seriously damaged during the military operation. However, he said that all American soldiers are safe and no one has died. The condition of the injured soldiers is also said to be fine.

Called Venezuela a ‘dead country’
Trump described Venezuela as ‘a dead country right now’. He said that years of wrong policies and bad governance have ruined the country. Trump also said that oil production in Venezuela is at a very low level and America needs full access to its oil and other resources.

Apart from this, Trump has warned the Iranian government. In a post on Truth Social, he assured help to the people protesting in Iran and said that if Iran kills protesters like before, America will give a strong response.

Talk of investment from oil companies
The US President said that huge investment is needed to rebuild Venezuela’s oil infrastructure. He claimed that American oil companies are ready for this. Trump said that Venezuela’s oil infrastructure was first built by American companies, which was later snatched away from them.

15 thousand American soldiers deployed in the Caribbean
According to the British newspaper Guardian, America has deployed about 15 thousand soldiers in the Caribbean region. The report says that if interim President Delsey Rodriguez does not accept America’s demands, America may intervene again.
