A sensational case of police brutality has come to light from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Narendra Kushwaha, resident of Saiyan police station area, was badly beaten by Jeevani Mandi outpost incharge Ravindra Kumar because he had refused to drive the auto. Not only this, the outpost in-charge forcibly took him to the outpost and gave him third degree torture and uprooted even his toenails.

When family members complained about this matter to senior police officers, action was initiated by suspending the accused outpost in-charge. Narendra does milk work with his brother Dheeraj. His brother Jeevani had gone to distribute milk in the market. At that time the outpost in-charge caught him and tortured him for not taking the auto. There is a lot of anger among the people of the area regarding the incident.

What is the whole matter?

According to information, Narendra Kushwaha and Dheeraj Kushwaha do milk business. On Friday, both of them had reached Jeevanimandi area to supply milk. Parking the auto outside, Dheeraj went to the colony to deliver milk, while Narendra was present in the auto. Meanwhile, on receiving information about a fight, Jeevimandi outpost incharge Ravindra Kumar reached the spot and arrested some youths.

The outpost incharge asked Narendra to take the youth to the outpost in an auto. Narendra Kushwaha alleges that when he said that he did not know how to drive an auto, the outpost incharge got angry and beat him up. After this he was taken to Chhatta police station, where he was beaten with sticks. Not only this, the police also took away his mobile phone and money and issued a challan for breach of peace.

BJP leader complained to the authorities

Narendra informed the entire matter to BJP leader Prem Singh Kushwaha. On Saturday, BJP leader Prem Singh Kushwaha reached the DCP City office along with the victim Narendra and complained about the entire incident. Narendra also showed the injury marks on his body. Taking the matter seriously, DCP City took immediate action and suspended Jeevimandi outpost incharge Ravindra Kumar.

Along with this, the station in-charge of Chhatta police station has also been put on the line on charges of laxity in work. DCP City has made it clear that any kind of brutality or inappropriate behavior by the police will not be tolerated and further action will be taken after investigating the matter impartially.
