See whether the biscuit is made from maida or whole wheat, it should have good fiber content and should not contain ingredients like maltodextrin, as this can also increase blood sugar. Also check what kind of artificial sweetener has been used. If the label is not clear or contains too many chemicals, then it is better to stay away from such biscuits.

If you have a habit of eating something with tea, then choose a healthy option instead of biscuits. Like roasted makhana, peanuts, cashews or almonds (in limited quantity), flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats. Apart from this, items made from coarse grains like jowar, millet and ragi are more beneficial for diabetic patients. If you have to eat biscuits, then home made flour biscuits are the best option. In these you can control the amount of sugar and avoid flour and refined oil.
