Cases will be heard on the basis of token number only.

How to settle challan in Lok Adalat?

  • First of all, the vehicle owner will have to check his pending challans on the Delhi Traffic Police website or transport portal. After this it is important to see whether the challan comes under the purview of Lok Adalat or not. Only minor and compound traffic offenses will be heard here. After registration, it is necessary to download the token and appointment letter. You will have to reach the court premises fixed on January 10 with all the original documents like RC, driving license, insurance, PUC and copy of challan. After the hearing, the fine may be reduced or even waived in some cases.
