Indira Gandhi National Open University i.e. IGNOU is once again bringing a big employment opportunity for its students and alumni. IGNOU is going to organize a big job fair in Delhi on 12 January 2026 in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The objective of this job fair is to connect the youth who have completed their studies and the students who are studying directly with the companies, so that they can get better job opportunities.
It has been told by IGNOU that companies related to many big sectors like IT, banking, automobile, electronics, e-commerce, hospitality, telecommunication and insurance will participate in this employment fair. Different types of jobs will be available for students and alumni in these companies. The special thing is that this recruitment will be done not only in India, but also for some international roles.
Recruitment will be done on these posts
In this job fair, recruitment will be done for the posts of Customer Care Executive, Back Office Staff, Backend Operations, Team Member, Crew Member and Quick Service Restaurant. Apart from this, youth will also get opportunities for work like chat support and non-voice operations. All these posts are good for those youth who are looking for their first job or want to start their career.

Some essential qualifications have been fixed to participate in this recruitment campaign. Students who have graduated from IGNOU, graduate level students studying in IGNOU and 12th pass candidates from any recognized board can participate in this job fair. This means that this is a good opportunity not only for the youth who have completed their studies but also for the students who are studying.

Candidates who want to participate in this employment fair will have to bring some important documents with them. These include updated biodata, educational certificates, Aadhar card, PAN card and a passport size photograph. Without these documents, candidates may face problems in the interview, hence IGNOU has already advised everyone to come prepared.
