Where will banks remain closed on January 12?
According to the list of holidays of RBI, closure of banks has been announced in West Bengal tomorrow. In such a situation, the customers of the state are advised to complete the important work related to the bank on some other day. At the same time, except West Bengal, banks will remain open normally in all other states of the country on January 12.
Bank holiday has been declared in West Bengal tomorrow on account of the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary is celebrated as National Youth Day.
Online services of banks will remain operational
Even though a holiday has been declared in banks tomorrow. But online facilities of customers will not be affected. Services like net banking, mobile banking, UPI, ATM and online fund transfer will continue as before. With which customers will be able to easily do their work while sitting at home. However, work that requires visiting a bank branch will be affected.
