US Iran Trade Warning: Amidst the increasing tension between America and Iran, President Donald Trump has taken a big and tough step. Trump has made it clear that any country doing business with Iran will have to pay the price. America has announced to impose 25 percent tariff on such countries.
Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social that if any country does business with Iran, it will have to pay 25 percent tax on every trade with America. He said that this rule will come into effect immediately and no changes will be made in it.

According to the report of Associated Press, countries like China, Brazil, Türkiye and Russia have trade relations with Iran. In such a situation, this decision can have a direct impact on these countries.
‘Want to find solution through talks’
Trump had earlier said that America can talk to Iranian officials and he is also in touch with Iranian opposition leaders. He expressed displeasure over the death of protesters in Iran and also warned of military action while increasing pressure on the government. However, on Monday, White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt made it clear that America’s first choice is still negotiations. He said that attacking is definitely an option, but the President wants to find a solution through dialogue first.
Levitt also said that America is not getting clear and consistent messages from Iran. He said that the Iranian government is saying one thing outside, while different things are coming out in internal conversations, and the President is trying to understand these messages.
Demonstrations are taking place in Iran
There have been large-scale demonstrations against the government in Iran in recent months. These demonstrations started with the severe economic crisis, but have now reached the demand for removal of the government. Iran’s influence in the region has also weakened.
