Volvo is going to launch its brand new electric SUV Volvo EX60 on 21 January 2026 globally including the Indian market. This car is special in many ways, because it will be Volvo’s first electric car in which Google’s latest and advanced artificial intelligence system Gemini AI will be provided. EX60 has been specially designed for those who want luxury, safety and smart technology together. After launch, this SUV will be positioned between EX40 and EX90 in Volvo’s electric lineup.

- The biggest feature of Volvo EX60 is the Google Gemini AI given in it. This is such a smart AI assistant, through which the driver can talk to the car in normal language. There will be no need to remember fixed voice commands. You can simply ask to find an address, plan a road trip, tell whether the luggage will fit in the boot or not, or ask to think of a new idea. This entire system is completely integrated into the car, due to which the driver keeps his eyes on the road and makes driving more safe and comfortable.
Powerful range and ultra-fast charging
- According to Volvo, the EX60 will deliver a WLTP range of up to 810 km on a full charge, making it the longest range Volvo EV ever. This SUV will come with all-wheel drive system. It will have ultra-fast charging support of up to 400 kilowatts, due to which it can give a range of about 340 kilometers in just 10 minutes. Apart from this, it has a smart battery algorithm, which has been developed in collaboration with Breathe Battery Technologies, so that both the performance and life of the battery remains better.
