Sushant Singh Rajput was not just a great actor but also a thinker, dreamer and seeker. His life was far beyond cinema. Since childhood, he was sharp in studies and performed well in national level physics Olympiads. Science for him was not just a subject but a way of understanding life. He had secured top rank in the entrance exam of Delhi College of Engineering and leaving mechanical engineering and choosing acting was his well-thought-out, confident and passionate decision.
He had a deep love for space and astronomy. He had a professional telescope and often observed the night sky. Understanding the Universe was more important to him than fame. In memory of his late mother, he supported scientific research, where emotions and science seem to connect beautifully. Sushant had written 50 goals for his life, which included learning advanced physics, martial arts, flying and understanding the human mind, and he was pursuing these goals seriously.
Flying gave him a feeling of freedom and he was also taking training to become a pilot. Reading was not his habit but a discipline. His library of quantum physics, neuroscience and philosophy was like that of a professor. He believed in spirituality, but not in blind rituals. Meditation and mindfulness for him were linked to self awareness and logic. Along with this, he quietly helped in the education of underprivileged children, especially girls, without any publicity.
Sushant Singh Rajput was more than an actor. He asked questions, dreamed big and searched for the meaning of life. Perhaps this is the reason why he is still alive in the hearts of people.
