Big news has come for thousands of doctors who are dreaming of taking admission in super specialty courses in the medical field. National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the result of NEET Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2025. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check their result by visiting the official website of NBEMS, natboard.edu.in.
This result is very important for those students who want to take admission in super specialty courses like DM, MCH and DRNB. On the basis of this result, further admission process will be done for the academic session 2025-26.
When was the NEET SS 2025 exam held?
NEET Super Specialty exam was conducted on 26 and 27 December 2025. This examination is taken for super specialty seats in medical colleges and institutes across the country. Every year a large number of doctors take part in this examination, because it is considered an important stage of medical career. Through NEET SS, doctors choose the specialty of their choice and further acquire deep expertise.
Which candidates will be considered eligible
As per the official notice released by NBEMS, candidates who have scored 50th percentile or more in their respective paper group have been declared qualified.
Cut-off released according to group
This time NBEMS has also released separate qualifying cut-off scores for each subject group. This cut-off has been decided out of 600 marks and is based on the 50th percentile.
The cut-off for Anesthesiology group has been 284 marks, while for Critical Care Medicine, the cut-off has been fixed at 288 marks. The cut-off for ENT and Orthopedics group was 294 marks. The cut-off has been fixed at 225 marks in Medical Group and 230 marks in Medical Oncology. The highest cut-off in Microbiology group was 389 marks.
355 marks have been fixed for Obstetrics and Gynecology group, 271 marks for Pediatric group and 290 marks for Pathology group. Apart from this, the cut-off of Pharmacology Group has been kept at 236 marks, Psychiatry Group at 324 marks, Radiodiagnosis Group at 356 marks, Respiratory Medicine Group at 325 marks and Surgical Group cut-off at 288 marks.
When will you get the scorecard and how to download it?
NBEMS has clarified that candidates will be able to download their individual scorecard on or after 2 February 2026. The scorecard will be made available through online mode only. Candidates will be able to download the scorecard by visiting the official website using their login details. This scorecard will be available on the website for six months, therefore candidates are advised to download it well in time.
