PCB Chief Mohsin Naqvi said on Saturday that our government will decide whether the Pakistan team will participate in the 2026 T20 World Cup or not. Speaking to reporters, Mohsin Naqvi said, “The government will decide whether we will play the T20 World Cup or not. Our Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is currently out of the country. We will take advice from him upon his return. The government’s decision will be final and binding. If the government ‘refuses’ then the ICC can invite any other team.”
If Pakistan does not play in the World Cup, then which country’s team will get a chance in its place??
