SSC CHSL exam every year brings an opportunity for lakhs of 12th pass youth to get a government job. The candidates who appeared for the Tier 1 exam of the year 2025 are now eagerly waiting for their results. According to the latest information, the evaluation process is almost completed by the Commission and Tier 1 result will be declared soon. Candidates successful in Tier 1 will be able to appear in Tier 2 examination.

When was SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam held?

The Tier 1 exam was conducted from 12 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 in online mode. In this, candidates were asked questions from Mathematics, Reasoning, English Language and General Awareness. This examination was of qualifying nature, but on the basis of its marks the candidates will be shortlisted for Tier 2.

SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result

SSC CHSL Tier 1 result will be released in the form of PDF file. This PDF will include the roll number, name and father’s name of the selected candidates. Along with this, the Commission will also release category wise cut-off marks separately.

Result process after answer key

SSC had released the provisional answer key of Tier 1 exam on 8 December 2025. Candidates had a chance to register their objection till 11 December 2025. After reviewing all the objections, the Commission prepared the final answer key and now the result is being prepared on the basis of the same.

When will SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam be held?

SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is likely to be conducted in February or March 2026. Exact dates will be announced only after Tier 1 result. Tier 2 exam is very important for the final selection.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2025

Tier 2 exam will be conducted in two sessions on the same day. In Session I, there will be questions from Mathematics, Reasoning, English and General Awareness. Also, 15 questions from Computer Knowledge will have to be solved in 15 minutes. There will be skill test or typing test in Session II. There will be negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer in Session I.

How many vacancies and recruitment process

A total of 3,131 posts will be appointed through SSC CHSL 2025. All these will be Group C posts, in which appointments will be made in various central government departments. SSC will release the results of each stage of the recruitment process separately.
