Parineeti is not seen in films but remains connected with her fans through vlogs. She has told in her latest vlog how she is keeping herself calm during this time. He has told how important mental health is for him at this time and how staying positive keeps his body strong.

Parineeti told that there is a habit which everyone should follow daily. He said that most people start checking their phones as soon as they wake up in the morning but this is very harmful. He said- ‘The worst habit is that they start scrolling the phone as soon as they wake up. This makes your mind numb. If you wake up in the morning, ignore your phone, get bored for an hour, sit, listen to music, go out into nature and listen to the sound of birds, it helps you remain calm.

Parineeti further said- ‘Chant mantras, this is what I do. As soon as I wake up in the morning, I chant Hanuman Chalisa or Namami Shamisham. This is how I like to start my day. I think no matter what happens in the day, positive or negative. You can control his reaction because you are in a good position.
