The effect of this strict routine was soon visible and even before the marriage, Xiaoyu’s weight reached 50 kg. Initially she was very happy with this change, but this happiness did not last long. Soon he started suffering from problems like constant fatigue, excessive thirst, intense hunger, dizziness and rapid heartbeat.

Xiaoyu then contacted a doctor in the endocrinology department of a hospital in Hangzhou. Tests revealed that his fasting blood sugar and glucose level after two hours were much higher than normal, based on these symptoms the doctors diagnosed him as prediabetes.

According to doctors, she had almost completely stopped taking carbohydrates and was also doing high-intensity exercise. This led to imbalance of insulin in the body, severe loss of muscle and water and severe damage to metabolism. After being diagnosed with the disease, Xiaoyu changed her lifestyle. He adopted a balanced diet and started doing moderate level aerobic exercise instead of very strenuous exercise. Within three months, his weight stabilized at 52.5 kg and his health also showed considerable improvement.

What is Devil Weight-Loss Plan?

Actually, ‘Devil Weight-Loss Plan’ is not a recognized diet. This involves consuming very low calories and doing excessive exercise. Doctors clearly say that such a method is neither sustainable nor safe. The best option for healthy weight loss is to adopt gradual, balanced and scientific methods.
