To pacify the angry MLA, Minister Swatantra Dev Singh took him to the Collectorate in his own car. There, an emergency meeting was held with ADM Namami Gange, DM, SP and other officials in a closed room for about an hour. The minister, in a strict tone, has assured that the dug up roads will be repaired within 20 days. However, even after this meeting, the tension did not subside, Minister Swatantra Dev Singh left without talking to the media, while MLA Brij Bhushan Rajput roared and said that this is an ambitious plan of PM Modi and the negligence of the officials will not be tolerated. He warned that if the work is not done, he is ready to take even more stringent steps.
