Many famous names have once again come to light in the new batch of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. According to these files, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s mother and famous film director Mira Nair was present at an after party organized at Ghislaine Maxwell’s house in 2009.
Ghislaine Maxwell was later convicted of sex trafficking charges. However, Mira Nair’s presence in the released documents is limited to her participation in the social event only and no criminal involvement is alleged.
More than 30 lakh pages of documents
According to Fox News report, the US Justice Department has announced the biggest disclosure so far in the cases related to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Giving information in this regard, America’s Deputy Attorney General Blanche said that the department is going to make public more than 30 lakh pages of documents. These files also include a large number of videos and photos. According to Blanch, this record being presented by the Justice Department will include more than 2,000 videos and approximately 1,80,000 photographs.

The US Justice Department has made public a large number of records with the aim of increasing transparency in the cases related to Jeffrey Epstein. These include more than 30 lakh pages of documents, about two thousand videos and about one lakh eighty thousand photographs. These files include email communications, excerpts of testimony and information related to internal communications. The department says that most of the things recorded in these documents are in the form of references and allegations and not facts proved by any court.
2009 after party revealed via email
The documents also include an email dated October 21, 2009, sent by famed Hollywood publicist Peggy Siegel to Jeffrey Epstein. The email was sent the same night she returned from an after-party held at Ghislaine Maxwell’s New York townhouse. In the email, Peggy Siegel wrote that she had just left Ghislain’s house, where an after-party for a movie was being held. He told in the email that many well-known personalities including Bill Clinton, Jeff Bezos, Jean Pigoni and director Mira Nair were present at that party.

According to the documents, this after party was organized for Mira Nair’s film “Amelia”, which was released in the year 2009. The guests’ reaction to the film has also been mentioned in the email. Peggy Siegel wrote in a personal email that the film received an overall lukewarm response, although women liked the film more. The email also described some other social events as awkward. This entire conversation was written in informal and private language, which has been included in the documents as is.
Other famous names included in the party
According to the email, former US President Bill Clinton and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos were also present at that after party. Apart from this, the presence of many other influential people associated with the world of fashion, art and cinema is mentioned. The documents make it clear that the mention of these names is only in the context of attending a social event and no one has been accused of criminal activities on the basis of these files.
Emails related to Elon Musk also included in the files
Emails related to Tesla and SpaceX chief Elon Musk are also mentioned in the new Epstein files. According to the documents, in November 2012, Jeffrey Epstein sent an email to Elon Musk, in which he was questioned about the number of people visiting the island. In response, Musk wrote that it would probably be him and his partner Tallulah and also asked on which day or night the biggest party takes place on the island. These emails have also been presented only as communication and reference, and not as evidence of any crime.

After these new documents have come to light, discussions have once again intensified regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s network in American politics, Hollywood and the global business world.
