China showed the photo of the world’s first sixth generation fighter jet, how dangerous is it compared to America’s F-35?

China has released the picture of the world’s most dangerous and sixth generation triple engine fighter jet. This fighter jet is being developed by Chengdu Aircraft Corporation. It has three engines, the middle engine of which is bigger than the other two engines located nearby. The picture that has been shared appears to be the picture before takeoff.

According to Military Watch magazine, Europe knows this Chinese fighter jet as J-36 or J-XX. It is expected that its configuration will be the best. It is being said to be the world’s most dangerous and largest fighter jet in size. Its range is expected to be around 8 thousand kilometers. With this, long flights can be made over the Pacific Ocean. This aircraft is capable of hitting targets more than 4 thousand kilometers away without refueling. In this new picture a fighter jet with twin main landing gear configuration is shown.

Such an engine was being prepared for America’s fighter jet.

It is one of four prototypes that are believed to have begun flight testing. The newly designed engine was earlier being developed under the Adaptive Engine Transition Program to modernize the American F-35 fifth generation fighter jet, but it was canceled to reduce costs. It was also going to have an adaptive cycle.

China’s fighter engine technology is considered equal to America’s

Chinese fighter engines produced in China are considered at par with America in terms of technology. On 15 December 2025, the serial J-20 was integrated into the fifth generation air superiority fighter. Its thrust/weight ratio and fuel efficiency are expected to be equal to the F135. It powers the Western world’s only production F-35.

Both engines are much more efficient and powerful than the old F119. This powers the F-22 fifth generation fighter. From recent photographs, it is expected that this fighter jet can be taken into service in the early 2030s. Apart from this, the rival F-47 (sixth generation) being developed for the US Air Force can make its first flight in 2028.
