Police have arrested a total of 5 people in the firing case outside the house of famous Bollywood director and producer Rohit Shetty.
- The name of the first accused is Aman Anand Marote, who is 27 years old and is a resident of Mavle Ali Karvenagar, Pune. The name of the second accused is Aditya Dnyaneshwar Gayaki, aged 19 years, of Gali No. 2, Karvenagar, Pune.
- The name of the third accused is Siddharth Deepak Yenpure, age 20, resident of Trimurti Hospital Neighbor Flat No. 7 Amrapali Building Dhayari, Pune.
- The name of the fourth accused is Samarth Shivsharan Pomaji, age 18, resident of Raikar Mala Gulmohar Society Dhayari, Pune.
- The name of the fifth accused is Swapnil Bandu Sakat, who is 23 years old and is a resident of Dhayari, Pune.
Auto driver’s statement recorded
ABP News reporter Suraj Ojha’s sources told that the attacker talked to an auto-rickshaw driver near the crime scene. The auto-rickshaw driver told police that the attacker asked him, “Will you go to Kalyan?” The driver replied, “Kalyan is far away, I can drop you at a station near Juhu.” Police have recorded the statement of the auto driver.

Let us tell you that this morning there was firing outside Rohit Shetty’s house. The veteran Bollywood filmmaker lives in Juhu area of Mumbai and this area is considered a high-profile area. There are houses of many other celebrities also in this area.
Mumbai Police has registered an FIR. This FIR has been registered against unknown people under relevant sections of BNS and Arms Act. This case has now been transferred to Mumbai Crime Branch. The Crime Branch has formed 12 teams to nab the accused. Rohit Shetty has also recorded his statement.
According to the information received by ABP News, five rounds of firing took place outside Rohit Shetty. Police officers who reached the spot after the incident also saw its marks on the outer walls of the house.
