A year ago, Pakistan Home Minister Mohsin Naqvi had termed Baloch fighters as ‘killing of a SHO’ and claimed that there is no need to conduct any operation for Baloch rebels. Today, after one year, the same SHO is wreaking havoc in Balochistan for the last 35 hours. Operation Hero 2.0 of Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has been going on continuously for the last 35 years and except the capital Quetta, reports of clashes and explosions are coming every hour in other cities. At present, there is a conflict going on between Pakistani Army and Baloch fighters in Gwadar city of Balochistan province and there have been 3 major explosions since morning.
BLA claimed to have killed 150 soldiers
In Noshki city, Baloch fighters have been camping for the last 24 hours by occupying the police station and the highway here too has been closed by Baloch fighters. According to Baloch Liberation Army, till now its fighters have killed more than 150 Pakistani soldiers, FC, Rangers and policemen. Also, Noshki Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Hussain, who was held hostage yesterday, has been released by Baloch fighters. According to BLA, it has no conflict with the police or any government employee and policemen are killed only when they attack it along with the army.
PAK Army is running operation against BLA
To drive out the same Baloch boys from 12 cities, whom the Pakistani Home Minister had termed as ‘killed by a SHO’, now the Army has to use helicopters, drones and the Pakistani Army itself has to run the operation. According to the Pakistani Army, so far 92 Baloch fighters have lost their lives in its operation, which also included 3 suicide attackers, and the operation is still going on. Not only this, Pakistan’s current Chief of Defense Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir had also claimed last year that the number of Baloch rebels is only 1500.
The operation by BLA to thwart the Pakistani Army for the independence of Balochistan is being carried out under the leadership of Baloch Liberation Army chief Bashir Zeb Baloch, who took command of BLA in the year 2018. On the attacks of Baloch Liberation Army, Pakistan Army, without naming any country, claimed that its attacks are being coordinated with other countries.
Retired Major Adil Raja targets Shahbaz government
However, Pakistan’s retired Major Adil Raja has condemned the Pakistani Army and Government blaming other countries for the Baloch insurgency. He wrote on social media platform Adil Raja further said that due to repeated use of the word ‘fitna’ against Imran Khan, this word has now lost its meaning and the entire story related to it has become baseless. He also raised the question that where are that SHO and those fifteen hundred people who were being mentioned?
Baloch fighters’ rampage continues in Balochistan
Even after 35 hours, in view of the orgy of Baloch fighters, the Home Ministry of Balochistan has banned two or more people sitting on a motorcycle and using or displaying weapons in public places in the province for the next one month. Apart from this, black film on the car glass is also banned for the next 1 month and no one can drive an unregistered vehicle and gathering of more than 5 people at one place, demonstration, picketing, rally has also been banned in Balochistan. Besides, covering the face with cloth or muffler in public places has also been banned.
