MP Jagdambika Pal has praised the ninth Union Budget of the country and called it a budget for the growth of youth. On Sunday, February 1, at Gorakhpur Airport, senior BJP leader and Dumariyaganj MP Jagdambika Pal, while praising the budget, said that while the present government is patting itself on the back regarding the 9th Union Budget of the country, the opposition is continuously trying to corner the government regarding the budget.
‘Three priorities of the duty of the budget’
He said that the budget is completely a dream budget of Yuva Shakti or Youth Power. Regarding the way this budget has been prepared in Dutva Bhavan, the Finance Minister has said that this budget of ours has three priorities. First, the pace of development should be accelerated and sustained. By competing globally in the manufacturing sector, we gave Rs 10 thousand crores to create a biopharma hub in medicine for the whole world.
‘The corridor will increase the speed of the country’
He said that in the budget, seven corridors have been given to increase connectivity in the country, out of which UP has got two. First from Varanasi to Siliguri and second from Delhi to Varanasi. Certainly, the way airports are increasing, the way high speed rail corridors are increasing, this will also increase the speed of the country. Regarding this budget, it was said that reform, perform and transform are the basic mantras.
In this budget, the graph of TDS in education and health has also been revised to 2 percent. Till now, revenue expenditure was more in the budget, but this is the first time that it was spent on capital expenditure. Till now, after the independence of the country, Rs 12.2 lakh crore has been spent on infrastructure. For example, the biggest expenditure on infrastructure after independence is being made on highways, airports, railways and bullet trains.
