Hrithik Roshan has shared a picture of his special post-workout meal on Instagram. This thali includes jowar roti, ladyfinger, beetroot, brinjal, papdi, gourd, egg white and pulses. Hrithik called it his favorite ‘Indian Mix’ and wrote that it is rich in fiber, protein and nutrients.

He jokingly wrote, ‘Oops… what could be better than this?’ Hrithik’s fans have expressed surprise by commenting on his post.
