The price band of shares has been fixed by the company between Rs 83 to Rs 88 per share. 1600 shares are kept in one lot. After completion of the subscription process, the possible listing of the company’s shares is expected on the NSE SME platform on February 11.
Biopol Chemicals IPO
Biopol Chemicals is going to open its public issue for subscription to investors from 6th February. Investors can apply till 10th February. The company is planning to raise Rs 31.26 crore through this IPO.
For this, the price band has been fixed at Rs 102 to Rs 108 per share. At the same time, 1200 shares have been included in one lot. After completion of the subscription process, listing of the company’s shares can happen on the NSE SME platform on 13 February.
NFP Sampoorna Foods IPO
The public issue of NFP Sampoorna Foods is opening for investors from 4th February. Investors can place bets on the company till February 6. The company is going to try to raise a total of Rs 24.53 crore through this IPO.
The price band has been fixed by the company at Rs 52 to Rs 55 per share. At the same time, investors will have to bid for 2000 shares in one lot. After completion of the subscription process, listing of the company’s shares can happen on the NSE SME platform on 11 February.
