Bank of Baroda has issued recruitment notification for a large number of posts for IT professionals. Through this recruitment, appointments will be made to a total of 441 posts, which include both permanent and contract jobs. The application process has started and eligible candidates can apply online. This can prove to be a golden opportunity for the youth who want to make a career in the IT field in the banking sector.
A total of 441 posts have been kept in this recruitment of Bank of Baroda. Out of these, 418 posts will be filled on permanent i.e. regular basis. Whereas 23 posts will be on contract basis. This recruitment has been done for the IT department of the bank so that the digital work can be further improved. Responsibilities will also be different for different posts, so candidates should apply as per their experience and qualifications.
what should be the qualification
To apply for this recruitment, it is necessary for the candidate to be associated with IT or technical field. The candidate should have a BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics & Communication. Experience is given a lot of importance in this recruitment. For junior level posts, the candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience. Whereas for senior posts, experience of about 5 years has been sought. It is necessary to have experience in IT or related technical field.
age limit
The age for this recruitment will be calculated on the basis of 1 January 2026. The minimum age of the candidate for regular posts has been kept at 22 years. Whereas the maximum age has been fixed from 32 to 37 years according to the post. For contractual posts, the age of the candidate should not be less than 25 years and more than 40 years. Reserved category candidates will also be given age relaxation as per government rules.
selection process
Candidates will be selected in this recruitment in several stages. First of all, there may be online examination for regular posts. In this examination, the technical knowledge and ability of the candidates will be tested. For some posts, candidates can be shortlisted on the basis of their experience and education. After this, psychological or mental ability test of the candidates can also be taken, so that it can be seen how well the candidate can handle the work pressure and responsibility. After this the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
The final selection will be done on the basis of interview and other processes. A special condition has also been kept in this recruitment. CIBIL score of the candidate should be 680 or more. If a candidate’s score is less than this then he may face difficulty in joining. Therefore, before applying, the candidate must check his credit score.
