Sonu Nigam and A. R. Rahman’s duo has given many memorable and wonderful songs to Bollywood. Together, both of them have composed such songs which even today people listen to with great love. But amidst all this, there was one song which even though became popular, was not liked by Sonu Nigam himself.
This song is ‘Chiggy Wiggy’, which was a part of Akshay Kumar starrer film ‘Blue’. It was shot on Akshay Kumar and international pop star Kylie Minogue and was much talked about. However, Sonu Nigam believes that there should have been a better song with a big star like Kylie.
Sonu Nigam called ‘Chiggy Wiggy’ useless
In an interview given to Red FM India, Sonu said, ‘Chiggy Wiggy is a very useless song. I did not like this song at all. I don’t understand why Rahman made such a bad song. I mean, how could they make such a bad song with Kylie Minogue? I liked that they thought of me for the song, but there could have been a song at her level with Kylie Minogue.”
He further said, ‘But sometimes Rahman also makes mistakes. But I did not like this song at all. This song could have been much better than this. We could have made a song of her level with Kylie Minogue. I tried very hard to sing this song on stage and bring it back to life.

Let us tell you, Kylie Minogue is a famous Australian singer and actress, who is called pop queen all over the world. After earning name at the international level with blockbuster songs like ‘Can’t Get You Out of My Head’, he got special recognition in India with the song ‘Chiggy Wiggy’ from the Bollywood film ‘Blue’. Through this song, she became very popular among the Indian audience and was much talked about.
