A new controversy has arisen regarding Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotish Peeth, who was involved in controversies during Magh Mela. President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust and Shakumbhari Peethadhishwar Ashutosh Brahmachari have made serious allegations against Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of sexual exploitation of the children of the ashram engaged in his service.
Regarding these allegations, he has filed an application in Prayagraj District Court on January 28 to register a complaint under 173 (4). So far, this application has been heard on two dates in the ADJ Rape and POCSO Special Court. In this case, the statement of plaintiff Ashutosh Brahmachari has been recorded in the court. Prayagraj Police is also investigating the case on the orders of the court.
Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati accused of misdeeds
It is noteworthy that Ashutosh Brahmachari, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust and Shakumbhari Peethadhishwar, has alleged that a minor and an adult child had come to him during the Magh Mela. Who had seriously accused Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati of misdeeds. However, the incident of rape with the child who has become an adult took place when he was a minor.
Pressure to enter into a relationship in the name of Guru Seva.
It has been alleged that the disciples of Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati used to put pressure on these children to have relationships in the name of serving the Guru. Used to explain to the children that this would bring them blessings. Ashutosh Brahmachari has said that the court had also sought a report from Jhunsi police station in this matter. But the court was not satisfied with the police report and fixed the next date as 13th February.
Ashutosh Brahmachari made a big claim
According to Ashutosh Brahmachari, on the basis of the statements of the victim children and serious and concrete evidence, he first filed a complaint in Jhunsi police station to register a case. But when the police did not register a case, they had to approach the court. Complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari has alleged that there are about 20 such minor children in his contact. Who has been allegedly sexually exploited by Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati.
He has said that he has such evidence that not only minor children have been raped, but he also has CDs of sexual abuse with women. Which he has handed over to the court. Ashutosh Brahmachari has filed a case in the court in this matter and requested for action.
Avimukteshwaranand presented his side before the media
In this matter, Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotish Peeth present in Varanasi has also spoken to the media and presented his side. He has alleged that due to his campaign to declare cow as the mother of the nation and stop cow slaughter, he is being deliberately implicated and false allegations are being made against him. He has said that such allegations are being made which cannot be imagined in a civilized society. But we have placed all the evidence before the court.
‘Allegations of sexual exploitation are being made maliciously’
Swami Avimukteshwarananda has said that he is being accused of sexually abusing such children out of malicious intentions. He said that even before this, the disciples of Tulsi Peethadhishwar Swami Rambhadracharya had filed a case against him in Jabalpur also. In which nothing happened. He said that we had raised some questions on Swami Rambhadracharya in a classical manner. Because of which this kind of vicious circle is being created.
He has said that a complaint has also been made on his behalf in the POCSO court of Prayagraj. Hearing in this case is to be held on 20th February. After the hearing on February 20, the court will pass an appropriate order in this matter. He has said that the government does not want to protect Mother Cow and a conspiracy will be hatched by making similar absurd allegations against anyone who raises his voice to protect Mother Cow.
He has said that everything will come out in the investigation. Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati has also said that the court will do justice to him in this case. He has said that the trial of this case should be completed soon.
