This journey, which started from a small restaurant, has today reached many outlets in Lucknow. Due to its location right in front of Hazratganj metro station, this place has become a center of identity for the people. Often people take the name of Royal Cafe even while giving directions.
What exactly is Basket Chaat?
Basket chaat is completely different from common chaat. The way of making it is what makes it special. First of all, grated potatoes are fried and given the shape of a small basket. This basket is so crispy that it is fun to eat.
