Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor celebrated the anniversary of his brand in a special way on Saturday. On this occasion, he came live on Instagram and talked openly with the fans. But this live was not limited to just the brand but Ranbir has also given big updates regarding his upcoming films. Especially what he said regarding ‘Ramayana’ and ‘Love and War’ has further increased the excitement of the fans.

‘Ramayana’ will be the next release
During the live session, Ranbir confirmed that his next release will be ‘Ramayana’. There was discussion about this film for a long time and now the actor himself has approved it. He also told that ‘Love and War’ will be released after ‘Ramayana’. Earlier this film was scheduled to release in August 2026 but now new speculations are being made regarding the release date.

Information on ‘Love and War’
This film is being directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal will be seen in lead roles along with Ranbir. Pinkvilla’s January reports had claimed that a major part of the film is yet to be shot and due to heavy VFX work, it may release in 2027. But sources related to the film have called these reports wrong. He says that most of the big sequences have been shot and the shooting is going on the right track.

Ranbir spoke on the long timeline of films
Ranbir also said that his films are not released frequently because they are made on a large scale. He clearly said that he will wait until he feels that the film is completely ready. According to him, quality is most important and he wants the fans to see something big and special.

Preparation to avoid box office clash
One advantage of releasing ‘Love and War’ after ‘Ramayana’ will be that it will be saved from competition with big films. There is talk of release of many big films on March 19, which include ‘Toxic’ and ‘Dhurandhar 2’. In such a situation, it is now clear that an attempt is being made to give Ranbir’s film a solo run.
