How will you do the calculations?
Suppose the salary of an employee for pension is Rs 15000 and he has contributed for 10 years. According to the formula it will be 15000X10/70. In such a situation, the monthly pension will be around Rs 2143. If your salary is high or service tenure is 20 or 25 years. So pension will also increase in the same ratio.
