17 schools in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Gujarat have received bomb threats. In all these schools, threats have been made through e-mails to bomb the schools. It is written in the mail that ‘Gujarat will become Khalistan and India will be divided into pieces.’ There has been a stir after receiving these threatening mails. Police force has reached all the schools. School premises are being checked from security point of view.
After receiving these threatening mails, an intensive investigation campaign has been started by the bomb squad team and police in all the school premises. Every nook and corner of the school is being searched. The police are taking all major security measures as a precaution, security arrangements have been tightened in schools and the matter is being investigated.
These schools of Ahmedabad-Vadodara received threats
The schools in Ahmedabad that have received bomb threats include DAV International School, Asia School, A-One School, Ankur International School, Sant Kabir School, Silver Bell School and Tulip International School.
At the same time, 10 schools in Vadodara city and district have also received threats. These include D.R. Amin (Vasna Road), Urmi School (Samasawali Road), Nalanda (Waghodiya Road), Baroda High School (Bagikhana), Navyug English Medium (Sama), Jeevan Sadhna (Nagarwada), EWS (Dabhoi), Shanen (Khodiyarnagar), G.P.S. (Vaghodiya) and Bright Day (Vasana).
