CBI has started investigation into the death of NEET student in Patna. Meanwhile, the student’s family has received murder threats. A pamphlet was found in the house. It has been written about murder. After this the family is scared. It is written in the leaflet, “Don’t become too much, everyone will be killed, everyone will be killed.”
According to family members, last Saturday (February 14, 2026), someone had thrown a pamphlet in the kitchen from outside the window. Found this while cooking. The student’s family said that after receiving the form, the local administration was informed about it. They took the form that was there. It was told from the family that after receiving the form, there is fear because they are receiving threats. On a question from the media, he said that there is a watchman for security at the house during the day. Haven’t been staying up at night for two days. Live in the day though.
Sanha registered in threat case
In this entire matter, Shakurabad police station incharge Rahul Kumar said that a pamphlet has been given from the house of the family of the NEET student. He is being investigated. His case has been registered in the police station. Security has already been given.
CBI reached the village on Sunday
On the other hand, CBI is investigating from its side in this case. Has gone to Shambhu Girls Hostel of Patna. The CBI team had reached the student’s native village at around 9 am on Sunday (February 15, 2026). Lasted several hours. Took information from the family. After this the CBI team left for Patna.
It is being said that CBI took some book-copies and clothes of the student with itself. Brother’s mobile was asked to which he said that the phone was out of order. It has been given to be built in a shop in Makhdumpur. The student’s father told that the CBI team had reached the village at 9 in the morning. The behavior of the team was positive. CBI’s stance has raised hopes of a fair investigation.
