National Testing Agency NTA has released the result of JEE Mains 2026 Session 1. Candidates who appeared in Paper-1 (BE/B.Tech) can now download their score card by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Let us tell you that JEE Mains 2026 exam was conducted on 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 January 2026 in computer based test mode i.e. CBT mode. This examination was conducted in 658 centers in 326 cities of the country and 15 cities abroad. Apart from this, this examination was conducted in 13 languages. These 13 languages included Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. More than 13 lakh candidates appeared in the examination
According to official figures, this time a total of 13,55,293 candidates had registered. Of these, 4,67,817 female and 8,87,476 male candidates were included. Whereas 13,04,653 candidates appeared in the examination. The attendance percentage was 96.26 percent which is considered quite good. Apart from this, the appeared candidates included 4,49,568 female and 8,55,085 male candidates.
12 students achieved 100 percentile in JEE Main 2026
12 candidates have achieved 100 NTA score in JEE Mains 2026 Paper-1 (BE/B.Tech). These include Shreyas Mishra of Delhi NCT, Narendra Babu Gari Mahith of Andhra Pradesh, Shubham Kumar of Bihar, Kabir Chillar of Rajasthan, Chiranjib Kar of Rajasthan, Bhavesh Patra of Odisha, Anay Jain of Haryana, Arnav Gautam of Rajasthan, Pasala Mohith of Andhra Pradesh, Madhav Viradia of Maharashtra, Purohit Nimay of Gujarat and Vivaan Sharad Maheshwari of Telangana. Apart from this, students from many states have scored more than 99.99 percentile in the examination. In the score card issued by NDA, the candidate’s subject wise percentile, overall NTA score and other information is given. The result of Session-1 has been declared, while the result of Paper-2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) will be released later.
