Sanjay Manjrekar 3 Points Suggestion To Indian Team: In the T20 World Cup 2026, Team India, captained by Suryakumar Yadav, played the first match of Super-8 against South Africa last Sunday (22 February). Third point: Kuldeep should definitely be used as another wicket taking option.

How did India suffer a crushing defeat against Africa?

In the match, South Africa won the toss and decided to bat and scored 187/7 runs on the board in 20 overs. During this, David Miller played the biggest innings for the team and scored 63 runs in 35 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes. Apart from this, Dewald Brewis scored 45 runs and Tristan Stubbs scored 44 runs.

Then the Indian team, which came out for run chase, collapsed for just 111 runs in 18.5 overs. During this, Shivam Dubey played the biggest innings for the team and scored 42 runs in 37 balls with the help of 1 four and 3 sixes. However, apart from Dubey, no other batsman of the team could even cross the 20-run mark.

India’s next two matches in Super-8

In Super-8, Team India has to play the next two matches against Zimbabwe and West Indies. The match against Zimbabwe will be held on 26 February and against West Indies on 01 March.
