Middle East worsening situation
The situation in the Middle East worsened when America and Israel together targeted Iran. According to Iranian government media, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei died in this incident. Apart from this, there are reports of many other leaders also being killed, including the Defense Minister. After this, Iran retaliated by firing missiles towards Israel and some other countries of the Gulf region. After this action of Iran, the fear of a major war has increased in the entire Gulf region. The international community is keeping an eye on the situation. India has adopted a balanced approach in this sensitive time and supported peace, dialogue and regional stability.
