It is being told that a loco pilot posted in Lucknow division recently underwent surgery due to serious health problem. The loco pilot was suffering from piles and had recently undergone an operation after which the doctors advised him strict rest. On this basis, he approached his senior officer to seek medical leave. But from here the story took a turn which no one had even imagined.
Removed the pants, proof of operation, still not given leave?
According to sources, when the employee raised the issue of leave, the officer expressed doubt about his condition. He was allegedly pressurized to prove his medical condition. It is being told that the situation became so uncomfortable that the employee had to face a very humiliating situation to give proof of his illness and he even tried to convince by taking off his pants and showing his physical condition, but despite this, strictness was taken regarding leave and he was not given leave.

Users got angry, imposed class on the system
As soon as this matter came out, a debate broke out on social media. Many users termed this as inhuman behaviour. People say that if an employee is demanding rest after an operation, then instead of doubting him, sensitivity should be shown. Some users wrote that lack of trust in the government system breaks the employees mentally. At the same time, some people also raised the question whether a system like medical certificate is not sufficient.
