A big upheaval can be seen in the politics of Bihar. Since the afternoon of Wednesday (March 04, 2026), there has been a stir in the political corridors after the discussion that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar can go to Rajya Sabha. After this news, protest has started within JDU. Late in the evening, youth workers associated with JDU reached near the CM residence. He expressed his opposition.
The JDU worker said, “See, we are from Patna only… the news which is going on since afternoon that Nitish Kumar is being removed from the post of Chief Minister, this is what we have heard… the whole of Bihar is worried today that the future of Bihar will go down the drain. Holi of Bihar has been spoiled…”

‘Anything can happen in Bihar…’
He further said, “We have come near the Chief Minister’s residence to say that whatever powers are behind him should improve, otherwise there will be a huge movement in Bihar… Anything can happen in Bihar if Nitish Kumar is removed from the post of Chief Minister… Biharis will come out on the streets… Women will come down…”

Vijay Chaudhary said- Nitish Kumar will take the final decision
On the other hand, on the news of Nitish Kumar going to Rajya Sabha, Bihar Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said, “… Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will take the final decision… Talks are going on, only he has to take the final decision…”
Regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar, he said, “…all the party leaders want him to be active in politics and take part in party activities…”
