He also told that the person observing this fast does not hold the tail of the cow. He used to drink as much water as he could hold in the palm of his hand at one go. Did not go outside the village. He used to sleep by placing his bed on the ground. Did not use any item made of leather.

Panda Sanju’s brother told that, centuries ago, a garland had appeared from the Prahlad Kund of the village. This garland remains inside the temple only. It is believed that this is the same garland which was around the neck of Prahlad ji. There were 7 big beads in this rosary. Later Mouni Baba made a rosary of 108 beads from these 7 beads.
Many generations chant with this rosary a month in advance. On the occasion of Holika Dahan, Prahlad is able to pass through the flames only after wearing this garland after taking bath in the pond. He also told that, my brother Sanju used to chant with this rosary for 6-6 hours in the morning and evening.
