Amidst the ongoing war with Iran, US President Donald Trump called a group of clergy from across the country to the White House. In this prayer meeting held in the Oval Office, pastors were seen standing around Trump and praying for him. Many priests placed their hands on Trump’s shoulders and hands and prayed for God’s guidance and wisdom for him.

In a video released on Thursday, several priests are seen standing surrounding the President. They place their hands on Trump and pray, while Trump is seen standing in the middle of the group with his eyes closed. The pastor prays for their leadership and asks for wisdom and protection.

During this, Lead Pastor Tom Mullins is seen saying, ‘We pray that the wisdom from above will come into his heart and mind. You show them the way in these difficult situations. We pray for your blessings and protection on them.

Prayer for American soldiers also
During the prayers, the priests also prayed for the American soldiers. He said that may God protect all the men and women serving in America’s military and continue to give the President the strength to lead the country.
Tension increased after operation against Iran
This prayer meeting took place at a time when America had recently launched Operation Epic Fury against Iran. Washington says that the purpose of this operation was to stop Tehran’s nuclear weapons program. In this action, many people including Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei were killed and many important military bases were damaged.
Iran’s retaliation continues
After this operation, Iran started retaliatory attacks targeting American bases in the Gulf region. Thursday was the seventh day of these attacks and tension remains constant in the area.
