Shikha Singh, resident of Ambedkar Nagar locality in Kotwali Nagar area of Bulandshahr, has secured 113th rank. His father Prem Chand is a class IV employee in Indira Gandhi Girls Inter College in Syana area of Bulandshahr. The financial condition of the family was very bad, due to which the father had stopped Shikha from preparing for IAS. However, Shikha did not give up and studied diligently.
Father Prem Chand is now feeling proud of his daughter. He says that the daughter fulfilled her dream even in difficult circumstances. Shikha proved that financial constraints or family situation are no excuse. If the intention is strong and hard work is continuous then success is definitely achieved.
Nabia became the ‘topper’ of the district
Nabia, resident of Dariyapur in Bulandshahr, has got 29th rank, which is the highest rank in Bulandshahr district. Nabia achieved this position by studying hard and smartly. The family and the area are feeling proud of their success. People are saying that Nabia has shown that girls can also achieve high ranks.

Vipin Rajoura of Bulandshahr has secured 538th rank. He used to work very hard every day. Whereas, Paras Bhatia, resident of Secunderabad has got 937th rank. All four youth have achieved this position through hard work, patience and the support of their family.
Who is the topper of UPSC?
Let us tell you that the result of UPSC CSE 2025 was released on Friday (06 March). In this, Anuj Agnihotri from Rajasthan has topped, while Rajeshwari Suve M from Chennai is at second place.
