The time of board exams is as important as it is challenging for the students. Study pressure, expectations of better performance and worries about the future often increase the mental stress of students. In such times, it becomes very important for students to get right guidance and positive environment. For this purpose, a special dialogue program was organized by Physicswala (PW) in Ranchi, where national level teachers directly interacted with the local students to reduce the exam stress and motivate them for further preparation.
PW teachers were waiting for children outside the examination center
As the last school bells rang and the Class 10 board exams came to an end, the students coming out of the examination center of Ranger High School, Kokardoli were met by Physicswala (PW) teachers, Samriddhi Ma’am (Samriddhi Sharma) and Anurag Sir (Anurag Tyagi), who were present just outside the examination centre. He was waiting to welcome the students and share with them the joy of completion of the examination.
Direct communication with students after examination
PW teachers said that in the program, communication was mainly held with the students appearing for class 10th board exam and coming out of the examination centre. During this, discussions were held with the students about their exam experiences, challenges and future plans. The objective of the program was to make the students realize that exams are a stage in the journey of life and should be seen as an opportunity to move ahead with positive thinking.
PW teachers shared their experience
In this special dialogue program, PW’s top faculty members Hrithik Mishra and Samriddhi Sharma specially reached Ranchi. Both the teachers met the students and shared their educational experiences and gave guidance on how to handle the pressure during studies with a balanced mindset. He also told the students that with continuous practice, positive thinking and self-confidence, any academic challenge can be faced.
Students got a chance to express their views on open platform.
The specialty of the program was that it was not limited to just one-sided address. It was made an open forum where students could share their views and openly discuss the difficulties faced during the examination. Students asked many questions related to study pressure, exam preparation and future studies, to which the teachers answered in detail.
Special emphasis on dealing with exam stress
During the dialogue, it was also told that many students face mental and emotional pressure at the time of board examinations. Many times, parents’ expectations and academic competition further increase this stress. In such a situation, it is important for the students to keep their mental state balanced and pursue their studies with a positive attitude.
