Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to go to Delhi has surprised everyone. No one is able to digest leaving the post of CM and going to Rajya Sabha. While the opposition is making statements, NDA leaders say that development work will continue in Bihar only under the supervision of Nitish Kumar. Meanwhile, RCP Singh, who was close to Nitish Kumar, has once again given a big statement.
Former JDU President RCP Singh said on Thursday (March 12, 2026) on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s visit to the Rajya Sabha, “This is a personal decision of Nitish Babu, he made it clear through a tweet and after that there were reports in the newspapers that in the legislature party meeting he said that I am going on my own free will, so it seems that it is his own wish, but from the circumstances that are seen, it seems a little bit different.” It is possible that there may be some other things in it as well… because only 3 months ago, under his leadership, NDA contested the elections and got such a big success…”

Have given feedback before also
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that RCP Singh has reacted to Nitish Kumar going to Rajya Sabha. Earlier he had said that the people of Bihar look at Nitish Kumar with great respect. When Nitish Kumar is going to the Centre, there should be no lack of respect for him. They should be given such responsibility, so that people feel that they will play a role in the development of the country and the state.
It should be known that RCP Singh is a leader who was once very close to Nitish Kumar. Has been a minister at the Centre. Was once in the list of top leaders of JDU. After leaving the party, he formed his own party. After this he joined Jan Suraj before the assembly elections (2025). Now there is news that he is coming closer to JDU. It remains to be seen when he officially returns to the party.
