Shiv Sena UBT MP Sanjay Raut fiercely attacked the Central and Maharashtra governments on Saturday, March 14. Amidst the outcry over LPG cylinders across the country, Sanjay Raut claimed that the governments are lying and instead of solving the problem, the ruling parties are busy in election campaigns.
Sanjay Raut also claimed that more than 40 percent of hotels and restaurants in Maharashtra have been closed. There is shortage of cylinders everywhere and Modi-Fadnavis governments are silent. Not only this, Sanjay Raut claimed that India is facing this problem due to BJP’s ‘failure’ in international politics.
‘The country is worried, BJP is busy in election campaign’- Sanjay Raut
Sanjay Raut said in the press conference, ‘BJP and its allies are trying to spread rumors at the central and state level. It is saying that everything is going on normally, whereas this is not true. On the other hand, BJP leaders are busy campaigning in the south. He further said, ‘The hotel industry has been closed by 40 percent and till now neither Chief Minister Fadnavis, nor the Deputy CM, the Prime Minister or the Home Minister have given any statement. Just like there were queues during demonetisation, similar queues are being formed even now.
Accusing BJP, Shiv Sena UBT MP said, ‘All this is happening because the government’s foreign policy has proved unsuccessful. With which mouth will you go to talk to Iran? It is important that India adopts a neutral stance and gives moral support to Iran. Our diplomatic relations are not limited to providing facilities to oil tankers only.
Furious at BJP, Sanjay Raut further said, ‘Slogans are being raised in Delhi ‘Narendra Bhai missing, cylinders missing’. Who will call a meeting to discuss this? The Prime Minister is not available at the moment.
