Dgp om prakash murder case: A major revelation has been revealed in the murder of former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash. Immediately after the incident, Om Prakash’s wife Pallavi made a video call to a friend. During this, he said, “I have killed the demon.”

Police investigating the murder of former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash came to know that his wife Pallavi had thrown chilli powder on his face before stabbing.

Wife and daughter were taken into custody

Police have taken his wife Pallavi and daughter Kriti into custody in the murder of former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash. Om Prakash’s body was found stained with blood on the ground floor of his three -storey house in Bengaluru on Sunday.

According to police sources, there was a sharp debate between Om Prakash and his wife, after which Pallavi threw chili powder on his face. Due to this, Om started running around due to light burning, when Pallavi stabbed him several times, due to which he died on the spot.

There was a dispute over land

PTI said in its report, there was frequent quarrel between the couple. It is also being told that one of the reasons behind this crime was a dispute about a land located in Dandeli, Karnataka.

A few months ago, Pallavi lodged a complaint with the HSR layout police station. Sources claimed that when the policemen there did not listen to him, he had staged a sit -in in front of the police station. Investigations have also revealed that Pallavi had a disease called ‘schizophrenia’ (a mental disorder) and she was also taking her medicine. Prakash was a native of Champaran in Bihar. He was appointed as Director General of Police of Karnataka on March 1, 2015.
