Baba Saheb reached Barabanki’s Badel Maidan on Sunday to sharpen the mission of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and Honorable Kanshi Ram Saheb. Bhim Army chief and MP Chandrashekhar Azad has directly targeted the ruling BJP and opposition parties. Chandrashekhar made his intentions clear by mentioning the historical context of Barabanki in the grounds filled with huge crowd.
He said that just as Iran’s leader Ayatollah Khamenei had a relationship with this soil of Barabanki and he chose the path of martyrdom instead of fear or compromise, similarly he too is not going to bow down against oppression. Giving the message of unity, Chandrashekhar said that the people of Bharatiya Janata Party are not afraid, come with us, we will uproot the BJP government from Uttar Pradesh in 2027.
Chandrashekhar Azad staked claim on Sadar Assembly seat
While addressing the media, Chandrashekhar Azad staked his claim on the Sadar Assembly seat of Barabanki, which is called the stronghold of Samajwadi Party. He bluntly said that till we were not in the field, people were voting anywhere but now Azad Samaj Party is working strongly.
Giving the example of his parliamentary constituency Nagina, he said that the way BJP was defeated in the five assemblies there, the same history will now be repeated in the entire Uttar Pradesh. He has expressed confidence of changing the government on the basis of brotherhood.
Taunted on parties claiming Kanshi Ram as their own
Chandrashekhar has taken a sharp taunt on the question of all parties claiming Dr. Ambedkar and Kanshi Ram Saheb as their own. He said that great men do not belong to any one caste or party but the big question is why these parties did not remember the great men from the year 2006 to 2026. He claimed that ever since ‘Azad Samaj Party’ has taken the lead, there is competition among other parties to claim Kanshi Ram Saheb as their own.
